Privacy Policy

CallCenterRegistry

Effective date: July 31, 2026

CallCenterRegistry ("we," "us," "the Site"), a Sagentica product, operates the directory at callcenterregistry.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We designed the Site to require as little personal data as possible.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use it

Our legal bases under GDPR are: legitimate interests (running and improving the Site, security, basic measurement), consent (where required for non-essential cookies), and legal obligation where applicable.

3. Cookies & analytics

We use first-party analytics rather than third-party trackers wherever possible. The Site does not currently serve third-party advertising and does not run advertising cookies. Where required by law, a consent banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings. If we introduce advertising in future, this policy will be updated before it runs.

4. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share limited data only with: infrastructure providers that host or protect the Site (e.g., CDN/DNS), our own analytics systems, and authorities where legally required. The vendor and platform websites we link to operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

5. Data retention

We keep technical/usage logs only as long as needed for security and analytics, then delete or aggregate them. Messages and listing submissions you send us are kept only as long as needed to address your request and maintain the accuracy of the directory.

6. Your GDPR rights (EU/UK)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Your CCPA/CPRA rights (California)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. How to exercise your rights

Email [email protected] with your request. We will verify and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard the limited data we hold.

10. Children

The Site is a business-to-business resource intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International users

The Site is operated from the United States. By using it, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data protection laws.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, a notice on the Site.
